Blight: trash, weeds, landscaping debris, 6+ vehicles in disrepair. MANY RATS, in and around property.
Also, unpermitted business (car repair?). Regular double parking blocking the flow of traffic in the street. New people in and out every day.

The gas station on the corner of 39th and San Leandro is operating an illegal gambling operation, sideshows, and selling meth This is not a legitimate business and needs to be looked into It fronts as a gas station during the day and after 11pm the illegal activities begin

Constant traffic from all hour in the night from 12 am to 4 am they are offering drugs for sale they are illegally beating on sideshows this happens every night, this is not normal for a business to be running like this. They doing more than selling gas and snacks that is just a coverup. o

Vehicle identified as stolen by the private towing company. Police intervention is needed to get it off the gas station.
