    The garbage pickup at 1919 Market has been occurring at 4AM. This week. This has been happening for over a year. Please have someone do something about it. I have been unable to have a good nights rest in over a year.

    Code enforcement closed prior cases. However, the mold still exists, and is evident inside other apartments as well. Not to mention someone us using the (my) unit 1. Rhey have a shower curtain, towels, soap, comet. Which is absolutely ridiculous and against the law! Who is showering in my house?!!!! I am requesting that either the closed case be reopened or a new code violation report be initiated. The house still has visible mold. What inspector cleared the unit??? It smells horribly of mold and mildew. Then they didn't remediate properly. The house was uninhabitable because of mold, but yet only halfway painted. Incredibly even in the areas they "fixed". Even after living there for 9 years, you'd think they'd give the unit a once over. But no, same mold exposed paint. Left property inside the unit during and after remediation, like there wouldn't be cross contamination. The building is water damaged and it needs a complete inspection not just one unit that was horribly infested with mold. The water quality should also be checked as the pipes are rusted and caked with lime and rust. And the owner, Surville Vaughn has resumed his illegal halfway house scam - possibly putting residents in danger and exposing them to newly released felons.

Also the owner is not paying any business tax to the city of Oakland for the ADU that has been on Airbnb for 7 years. According to the city of Oakland this ADU is not permitted and not compliant. No permits were pulled to build the structure and is not being rented according to the city of Oakland's short term rental guidelines.

    Resident of 1645 67th Avenue conducts an illegal auto repair business. Home is used to store car jacks, cranes, and miscellaneous large car parts such as doors and tires. Driveway or front of home are used for car repair. Resident also uses the driveways of 1650 67th Avenue and 1651 67th Avenue to engage in auto repair. At any one time, between five to ten vehicles belonging to resident of 1645 67th Avenue or his customers are parked along 67th Avenue on both sides of the street, the vehicles are either under repair or used as storage for parts and haven't been moved for months.

It has been reported multiple times, then the property owner stops hosting gym activities until the complaint against them goes away. The house to the right of the red SUV is the gym house and all of her gym parking is in front of my house (gray car) and my neighbor's house across the street (white car). PLEASE SHUT THIS GYM DOWN - they start at 5am and generally run til 9am. There is a myriad of revolving cars in/out of this neighborhood due to the illegal gym activities. I'm SICK of it.

    Short driveway can accommodate a subcompact vehicle. Garage converted to an open room. Other vehicles habitually park in the short driveway, blocking and/or severely restricting the full width and use of the pedestrian sidewalk.

    Daily monitoring and enforcement.

    We would like to submit a formal complaint to the City of Oakland regarding the parklet that sits right in front of our building. Our building is located at 1624 Franklin Street. The restaurant with the parklet is Sobre Mesa and is located at 1618 Franklin Street. We have had discussions with the restaurant owner as well as had the City of Oakland’s Reginald Bazile, the Assistant Director of City of Oakland Department of Transportation of the many issues this is causing.
    1. We are in the process of a large lobby expansion with retail presence. Having a large parklet directly in front of the front entrance will deter a retail tenant from wanting to visit this location.
    2. The parklet is often filled with trash, unhoused persons and has graffiti on all three walls of the parklet.
    3. We were never notified nor gave approval for the structure that basically blocks direct access to our front doors. We have medical practices in our building that often need the space right outside our building to bring their patients out that have just completed surgery. The parklet has discontinued that ability.
    4. In addition, the parklet itself is not ADA compliant and is riddled with safety and trip hazards evidenced by the provided photos.
    5. We have filed a complaint #14146903 regarding the Graffiti that is on the parklet.

They were evicted from 4951 San Leandro St. with sheriff last year, they proceeded to use this current address to continue their unauthorized business. When you call the phone number 510-534-3315 which is the original JJ AUTO BODY SHOP number. They say that they owned the building and that they moved to the side once you are there just call again and they will open the roll up door to let you inn.

These people of Cambodian origin, They installed 8 security cameras outside in front of their house, and that's good, but here the problem and our discontent is because 4 of their night cameras are pointing right at our property at numbers 916 and 918 53rd, avenue Oakland CA 94601 and then this is illegal. Because they are violating our privacy rights as family and citizens, they are assaulting our peace and tranquility, it is also causing us a lot of stress and anguish, especially to our children and minors, we really feel harassed and spied on 24 hours a day. In that house where the cameras are located, mostly single adult men live, we are afraid that they suffer from some sexual mental disorder and that is perhaps why they spy on our children and women. it is his intentions of those male people. Please help us with this situation of harassment and order them to point them at the sidewalk or the street and not directly at our house., I request that an Inspector of Oakland City send them a warning or citation regarding this complaint. and ordered them to change the direction of those cameras.
