Abandoned car lot with trash located all over the property as well as flammable paints and liquids Mattresses and furniture thrown about the back and sides of the lot This lot is almost daily vandalized And there are possums living in the back shed

Vehicle is stored there and not moved

This property and the one next door (5347 Lawton) have a serious rat problem which has spilled over to the entire 5300 block of both Boyd and Lawton. In addition, the property appears to be unoccupied and may pose a safety issue for other reasons, such as fire hazard. In the past few weeks the entire 5300 block of Boyd has been overwhelmed with many dozens of rats roaming freely. Please investigate this property and do what's necessary to protect the neighborhood.

This truck has been parked up on the sidewalk, blocking right of way, in front of 1485 8th Street, nights and mornings over the last two weeks. I've cleaned up and reported his dumping also, reached out to the property owner and also called OPD. The driver insists the neighbors are the ones harassing him.
