Motorcycle parked to the right of our property Owner of vehicle did not ask for permission to park his motorcycle here, he just helped himself to a convenient parking space that blocks our front door.

this blighted property has graffiti on the fixture and on the fences with overgrown weeds that are a potential fire hazard as we near fire season. Also, the illegally chop shop next door and the homeless RV in front of it, treat this property as a dumping ground. There are several wooden pallets, a mattress, small plastic bags with trash and miscellaneous items scattered throughout the property.

Graffiti all over this building that was under renovation and then for sale, but it seems like nothing has happened here for months. Graffiti and trash all over, why is the owner neglecting this property right at the entry to the Rockridge-Temescal area?

This truck has been parked up on the sidewalk, blocking right of way, in front of 1485 8th Street, nights and mornings over the last two weeks. I've cleaned up and reported his dumping also, reached out to the property owner and also called OPD. The driver insists the neighbors are the ones harassing him.

Open dumpsters are overflowing and magnets for people who rummage through and spread the trash around. Much is from Whole Foods and the smell is terrible. Black and green residential dumpsters are constantly left on the street.

Water is leaking out of this house. It's flooding their front yard and seeping into the property next door. The pooled water increases the risk of mosquitos. The water is starting to rust and erode the planter next door - and worse, jeopardizes the foundations of both houses.
