City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Graffiti all over this building that was under renovation and then for sale, but it seems like nothing has happened here for months. Graffiti and trash all over, why is the owner neglecting this property right at the entry to the Rockridge-Temescal area?

Total destroyed house. All windows broken graffiti everywhere

Fence has collapsed. Property owner needs to repair before they his lot becomes a homeless encampment !

This truck has been parked up on the sidewalk, blocking right of way, in front of 1485 8th Street, nights and mornings over the last two weeks. I've cleaned up and reported his dumping also, reached out to the property owner and also called OPD. The driver insists the neighbors are the ones harassing him.

The driveway and sidewalk from this house is full of garbage, motorcycle and automobile parts

7107 Lockwood Street continues to allow their garbage to flow into the streets. They are very dirty and refuse to pick up their garbage.

This Bldg has been vacant for a couple of years and is being cleaned out for the past several days There is trash around the perimeter of the parking lot and piled up in the parking lot The piles are not being dumped There is recycling tossed in bushes on street outside the lot Bushes and sidewalk sections need to be raked and cleared of weeds and trash

Generator running at all times, multiple broken windows house, multiple cars missing plates and are jack up with no tires. Illegal dumping large items. Has large water container on sidewalk with a hose going into house.

Unkempt vacant property attracting burglars and squatters.

Illegal encampments please remove asap

Neighbors mainline sewer drain has an illegal T-joint connected to an illegally converted storage shed/tiny home resulting in POOP AND PAPER and now what looks like BLOOD gushing into my yard. Have to walk over it to get to my car. The smell is outrageously offensive. Somebody please come out here and inspect.
