City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Resident continues building structures in back yard of residence without obtaining permits. Structures are on property line and not spaced at 3 feet from property line as required by code. Resident is currently in the process of building a structure on property line adjacent to 1238 106th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94603.

My neighbor Jade Burnet who is a section recipient. Lives at 2133 ave Oakland,CA has so much garbage in front, side also back of the house. Their is rotten food inside black plastic bags. Due her negligence we have mice,rats, racoons due to all the food she leave out side of her home. She is inflicting intentional damage to our common areas. We are not able to open any windows from her side of the house due to the horrible smell. Please help!

Like the house next door --5347 Lawton Avenue-- this property is a public
health and public safety hazard and has been for months, perhaps years. It
is unoccupied and has been for a long time. It is in total disrepair, both
inside and outside, and is clearly a safety hazard. In addition, there are
rats inside, outside and underneath the house, and they have gotten into
virtually everybody's yard on the 5300 block of Boyd Avenue. This is an
urgent public health issue.
A co-enforcement file already exists on the house next door and should be
opened if it has not on this one as well. Please do an investigation, and
hopefully you will initiate the necessary steps to have this building
condemned. Thank you.

Work crew dumping concrete and debris in park.

The sewer main that runs north on Ettie St and joins the main that runs west on 32nd street is backed up and the sewage is backing up the waste lines in the building.

Hazardous smoke fumes next to residential units. Daily levels of PM2.5 above 200-300 μg/m3 during cooking hours INSIDE MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL UNITS. Affecting 6+ households.

The workers on new home construction on the corner of Glemarms and Pali CT. removed my fence and they are digging soil on my property by hand right now. At this time of the year this activity is not allowed and I did not authorized them to move a dirt on my property. Please address this isue and stoped them ASAP. I want my dirt back and they need to bring my proerty to the original stage.

This property that shares with Dollar Tree and O'Reilly auto parts is always dirty in the parking lot and surrounding areas, graffiti, garbage bags, furniture, litter everywhere. it's blight for the entire neighborhood. please follow up with the landlord or thr tenants that rent thr space.
