City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

This house is infested with rats, and the rats are infesting the neighborhood. I understand that no co-enforcement file has yet been initiated on this house - this needs to be done expediently. This is an urgent public health problem.

This property has over growth of vegetation, garbage, junk, and debris in the back of property. The front is a house on E.15TH St. and the back area is on MARIN WAY which has shown neglect. The property lot is on two streets. The owner is not tending to the property. It is hazardous.

My pge meters were removed and my power from 9637 and 9635 are on 9639 sub panel. Please fix. This is a fire hazardous. 72 hours pls.

This house burned in October of 2020 and to this day looks the same. It was purchased in March of 2022 but not clean up has occurred and no permits have been issued for reconstruction. It is not only a blight on the neighborhood but potentially a hazard to the neighboring property and to any curious kids who could easily scale the fence in the front or the back of the property. The city needs to contact the owners and require that they demolish the burned sections and clean up the debris.

they no have permits, they do alot work inside house and now start on outside deck in front. they take away large piezes of house wall and wood beam in front. me and my family are below the house at bottom of hill and worry that there house will be dangerous in earthquake.

There is a siren noise that has been coming from the 26th street side of this building 24 hrs a day for the last six months. Attempts to contact property management have failed. You can hear the noise from blocks away. It seems to be coming from a room next to the fire department connections.

This home is in violation of the stormwater ordinance requiring no more than 2500 sq ft of cement covering the property. The lot for 1220 59th, which poured concrete over the entire property several days ago is 4,965 sqft. The house footprint is 998, so that would be 3967 of poured concrete +/-. They are redoing the property at this time.
