City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

The roof next door is falling. pieces of wood and metal have fallen into my car.

There is pervasive black mold all around my windows, inside and out, on all three windows in my apartment. The mold is making me sick, and I am an elderly tenant with disabilities.

This is a dangerous situation and accident waiting to happen at the former theater now "church"

There are multiple very tall dead trees in the backyard at this house. I am concerned that they could fall over in a strong wind, fire, or other event. Due to their size, I fear that they might injure/kill someone and/or injure property. If this isn't the correct place to post this (I chose roofs, for lack of another choice), where is the correct place?

The complete lower floor was remodeled extensively without permits. The project was recently finished. The construction noise was really intrusive to our neighborhood.

Abandoned Car. We have noticed 2 instances of people stealing car parts since it being abandoned.

On behalf of a San Antonio neighborhood resident, I am reporting to your attention an AA help center, aka Anexo Mi Segunda Vida, located at 1301 International Blvd. Oakland, CA 94606. According to this resident, this facility is housing up to 40 individuals and only has two restrooms, meaning this facility is probably not compliant with City housing codes. He has witnessed squalor and possibly hazardous living conditions and would appreciate the City of Oakland to conduct an inspection to make sure residents of this facility are safe. The community will appreciate your consideration and diligence in this matter.

Peoples cars are getting broken into and stolen and people are getting stuck in the elevator. No one answers the alleged RM's phone, Oakland POLICE have tried to contact regarding vehicle break ins, no one answers, no one calls back, the sanitation district has tried calling, no answer, no call back, people get stuck in the elevator, no answer, no call back. There is NO Resident Manager despite claims that there are by prop mngt jras. No one answers door #202 nor do they answer the phone in emergencies and non-emergencies.
There is NO Active RM Here to respond to the POLICE nor Emergency
