Plumbing and water from 3921 Maybelle Ave is leaking onto next door property 3927 Maybelle Ave. This is creating a hazard for the tenants, mold, fence rot, and destruction of property.

New condo construction on corner - a trench was cut in the roadway, on Park, to service this property. The trench was patched back incorrectly now causing a large pothole the width of the roadway. Would like to request a building inspector require additional asphalt be added to the trench.

To whom it may concern. There is construction and demolition going on inside and outside of home after hours and as late as 2 am. Whenever I ask homeowner to please keep noise down she screams and yells out profanity and keeps loading materials with no regards to neighbors..

their building is boarded up & falling apart. Previous tenants sealed one of their upper rear doors (assuming without permits) & did not do it correctly. chunks of cement and wood fell down onto the neighboring apartment complex parking lot (3768 & 3770). luckily no one was in the parking space. someone could have gotten seriously injured, or damaged a car.

People here recently built a makeshift shed on the outside of the building. Doesn't even look like it was done by a professional. Eyesore.

Abandoned sofa in front of 488 Alcatraz Ave. near Telegraph Ave. It is a rental property. During the past month, I have personally seen homeless people sleeping, urinating and doing drugs on this sofa. Please remove it. Thank you.

The people in this house have stopped taking their garbage to the street, and are letting it pile up behind - an eyesore for the neighbors and a public health risk
