3. Water continues to leak under the kitchen sink due to incomplete repairs done on 12/31/2023, reported 12/24/2023. 12/29/20123,
4. Electrical hazard under kitchen sink continues to exist due to incomplete plumbing repair done on 12/31/2023, by hired plumber, reported 03/20/2023, and 12/31/2023 by hired plumber.
5. Electrical hazard above kitchen countertops due to reciprocal not being GFCI, reported 03/09/2023, 03/20/2023, and 04/12/2023.
6. Foul stench of black mold from the basement and under the house due to long duration of standing water from disconnected pipe attaching to the tub in the front bathroom, and flooding basement, reported 12/20/2023, 12/24/2023, 12/31/2023.
7. Gnat infestation due to long duration of standing water from disconnected pipe attaching to the tub in the front bathroom, and flooding basement, reported 12/31/2023
8. No smoke detector in basement, reported

13. Annoying sound from basement due to running sump pump, reported 12/31/2023.
14. Annoying sound in bedroom number one due to detached rain gutter dripping water onto downspout at the bottom of the house, reported, 12/27/2023.

Faulty plumbing- water leaking into the downstairs unit. Bottom unit was constructed without permits. Multiple home improvement projects were conducted without permits.
Both exits are compromised (front stairs are dry rotted, back exit is barricaded). The backyard and side of house is completely overgrown with vegetation and is a potential fire hazard. There is mold throughout bathroom and kitchen. Also lead based paint.
There are multiple code violations throughout the property.

9124 Thermal St Oakland, California, 94605 - Toler HeightsThe residents at 9124 Thermal Street have dogs in a cage in the backyard that bark throughout the night. They are left out in the rain. The residents also party every weekend with their music blasting for hours. It is very hard to sleep since they have moved here. Please check on the dogs and confirm that they are ok. I would like the music to be reduced for their amusement only and not the entire neighborhood.
