Two wheelchairs have been left in the bushes. One manual. One electric which was too heavy for me to bring to the curb.

Bushes in the front have not been trimmed and have turned into trees, blocking bay views for multiple neighbors on the block. Large eucalyptus tree has also not been trimmed in years and is further blocking views for the whole block. This is in addition to general construction debris, garbage, and unapproved vehicle/trailer storage on site.

Keep piling old wood out front here. Unacceptable.

This structure is unused, dilapidated, in ill repair and completely overgrown. The roof is flooded and the stagnant water is rife with insects. It is also a haven for rats and other rodents.

Overgrown weeds and vegetation .. making it a fire hazard .

House need to be condemned. Theres no windows/door. Fame of house is collapsing from within. Horrible state at this time. Motor oil all in yard, contaminants throughout property.
