    This unit has used zip wire and 18 gauge wire to wire outlets throughout the unit. Several outlet have lamp shade wires and zip wire attached to the outlets. The sub panel shows zip wire as well as under the house. 12/2 Romex is required by NEC. This is a serious fire hazard. Landlord stated he didn't care about NEC code. Unit should be rendered inhabitable until repairs are made. Several more pictures are available.

    Location needs to be condemned. Structural issues and no electricity/heating. You can hear generators running and suspicious activity happening in and around property. This house has been a problem for years and the owner is not being held responsible for this blighted property.

    Demolition happening on right outside of our units while we are still in building, setting off the smoke alarm. The inside of home got filled with smoke/dust badly we had to evacuate the property. Is this scale of work allowed while residents are in the building?

    House was recently rented out after being vacant since 2021. Per Heath & Safety Code Section 17920.3 (g) (3), structure has defective or lack of weather protection for exterior wall coverings, including lack of paint, or weathering due to lack of paint or other approved protective coating.

    There is water ingress in the walls. We also have a photo of water coming out of a light fixture.

    We aren't actually sure if this is a case of damaged siding, we think it could be one of the following code violations:

    1. Hazardous Plumbing. Plumbing which was installed in violation of code
    requirements in effect at the time of installation; or plumbing not
    installed in accordance with generally accepted construction practices in
    areas where no codes were in effect; or which has not been maintained in
    good condition
    2. The building is not weather protected to provide shelter for the
    occupants against the elements and to exclude dampness of habitable rooms
    due to building deficiencies (lack of moisture barrier on concrete slabs,
    leaking roofs, or other failing structural element)

    Trash goes from the front of this house to the back it is horrible rodents trash all over the sidewalk. Being in a wheel chair you are unable to pass this home. Cars all over grass broken down trailers on property and in streets garbage left on streets gas tanks and broken cars. One blew up I feel unsafe for the outside lights and gas and trash. Multiple calls have been made. I had a meeting with City Council man Loren Taylor who said that code enforcement should be doing something about this
