1600 41st ave - this home has too many cars parked for family with small kids. they have at least 10 cars they park a car blocking my garage the block in and out of the dead in street . Also owner is building in the garage an apparent. So we will have more people living there means more cars parked we already don't have parking on that dead end street.

Recurring dumping of picked-up items on pedestrian sidewalk.

Illegal nightclub with no liquor license or tobacco license operating illegal night club. People drinking in the streets, playing loud music, drunk driving, and screaming.

They have been working with no permit. There is also a vehicle with no license plate, and they are stripping down the car.

The property is painting vehicles daily in an open parking lot, causing toxic paint fumes to spread throughout the surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses. Residents of neighboring apartment buildings are unable to open their windows due to the strong and hazardous smell that travels through the air.

Neighbor buying multiple wrecked vehicles to repair and/or flip, having multiple vehicles parked and left throughout the block for weeks at a time (including a tow truck)

The business Lava Lounge stays open until 4am or later, with music and hookahs, creating loud noise. Please address this!!

this location is now hosting an underground nightclub that hosts almost nightly events that last until morning and create noise that disturbs neighbors, including many elderly people and children living in the near vicinity. this has been happening off and on for the last four years, despite the operator having no permits and being fined several times. put a stop to this finally, once and for all!

Food vendor at Queen of Sheba 6/7 days a week. Blocking traffic, increasing trash and blocking the sidewalk.
