City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

A homeless man with two cars and has trash outside his vehicles in a residential area outside someone’s home is unacceptable. If this was San Ramon or similar law enforcement would not allow this!! Please remove him as it is not safe for our children and neighbors.

Graffiti over the entire building that extends from 15th & 16th on wood Also trash sores around the building This has been a blight on the community for many years

This Bldg has been vacant for a couple of years and is being cleaned out for the past several days There is trash around the perimeter of the parking lot and piled up in the parking lot The piles are not being dumped There is recycling tossed in bushes on street outside the lot Bushes and sidewalk sections need to be raked and cleared of weeds and trash

House causes major blight to neighborhood. Trash everywhere out front, stacked up. House itself doesnt look like it has been taken care of in a while. Palm leaves and pine needles scattered everywhere causing potential fire issue for neighbors. Car filled up and left in place.

rats and dogs and trash in yard. causing infestation. needs better control of property. washing machine and dryer outside doing laundry. fire hazard

This property and the one next door (5347 Lawton) have a serious rat problem which has spilled over to the entire 5300 block of both Boyd and Lawton. In addition, the property appears to be unoccupied and may pose a safety issue for other reasons, such as fire hazard. In the past few weeks the entire 5300 block of Boyd has been overwhelmed with many dozens of rats roaming freely. Please investigate this property and do what's necessary to protect the neighborhood.

Something has died and a stench is very strong. It's been smelling really bad for over 2 weeks now. I'm really concerned because there's a dog and there's a kid that lives there that no one seen for weeks now.

home is a blight and a health and fire risk. we need Oakland to do better. now we have squatters breaking in.

Please remove the abandoned concrete road barriers left behind after recent road repair. After the road collapsed, these barriers were placed to prevent someone from crashing. The road has since been repaired and reopened. There are two (pictured) at the corner of Thorndale and Elverton Drive. There is a third to the north along Elverton Drive before it reaches Skylind Blvd.

Entire block on both direction from Pete's Liquor store is covered in trash and alcohol bottles. This business should be required to provide and service teach receptacles or clean the area around the business. it's a safety hazard to have broken glass all over our sidewalks.

House has burned furniture on the side of the house, put up to 10 mattresses out in front but then dumps them on the sidewalk up the street later. Residents peeing in the front yard, broken beer bottle glass covering the entire sidewalk, making parts dangerous left along with other trash and debris. Frequent dumping of broken furniture on the sidewalk blocking the sidewalk access, that's just left there. A very very large amount of people constantly rotating in and out (possibly too many for the bathrooms inside?) and yelling noise with loud music at all hours. Horrific smell in the front yard of garbage, ammonia and human urine. Occasional meth smoking smells. Frequent piles of trash out in the front in large bags left for weeks. Dead rats in the driveway.
