    On 08/22/22, I spoke to this man, and explained the ban. He declined to accept the flyer detailing the provisions of the Code.

    On 08/23/22, I sent a copy of the flyer to the resident and urged them to work with their yard care worker to comply with the Code.

    It has been 3 years since I first contacted the worker and the resident, so clearly they have no intention of complying with the Code.
