Chevron has a powered leaf blower blowing pollution and litter into the street and violating Oakland ordinance. this is not new. check 311. start enforcing your progressive ordinances or don't pass them. all talk, no action. Oakland leadership needs to start leading. walk the walk.

The smoke and odor from Bombera has and continues to worsen each week they are open as they get busier. We cannot open our windows without our homes smelling of smoke and meat. We cannot run an errand in the neighborhood without avoiding the smell. Gave me a headache recently
Currently open 3 days a week. Can't imagine how unbearable this will be when their hours increase. Why are individual residents unable to use fireplace and a business can use a wood burning oven whenever they want. Oakland needs to do better for its residents.

This business holds loud concerts in their upstairs warehouse They have all the windows open and no noise insulation They occasionally hold concerts outside and block the sidewalk

No enforcement and postings--No Smoking within 25-feet of Entrance, etc.

During the early part of October 2021, I noticed that a protected Bay tree was cut down on the property of 6326 Thornhill Drive Oakland, CA 94611 that was also inside the Temescal Creek Bank. The owner of the property is claiming that PG&E cut down the tree obviously with her permission since it was dead center in the middle of her property and 6 feet from the house inside the creek perimeter. Since I have been working with California Department of Fish and Wildlife, the Army Corps of Engineers San Francisco, Regional Water Quality Control Board and City of Oakland on one non-protected tree with-in the creek banks next door to their house, I knew that it requires a permitting tree removal process through the City of Oakland, the CDFW and RWQCB.
It doesn’t matter whether the homeowner cuts down the tree , hires a tree-removal company or claims PG&E cut down the tree, the sole responsibility is that laws are followed.
