There is a person out here, smoking meats all day and selling it from a van. Also, even on DoorDash please fix this. It’s polluting the neighborhood.

Dogs outside constantly bark and howl at all hours but especially EVERY morning between 6am-9am.

The footprint of this home being repaired for "fire damage" has almost doubled. The roofing in the rear of the parcel is not original and is significantly larger than what was originally there.

Not sure if this is the right selection.

A food truck has operating on the Midas tire lot everyday in the evening thru the late hours 12pm and sometimes to til 1am and 2am for a numerous amount of months.

Besides that this food trucks on occasion plays loud music disrupting the neighborhood at 12pm and even 1 and 2 am, I live across the street, I can hear the music booming and I have a hard time sleeping. I am tempted to go out and tell them to shut the music off but it’s so late, I fear I might get killed.

The food truck also brings in lots of car and people through the late hours; causing the dogs to continuously bark throughout the night. I also notice the street garbage bin near by has also been constantly overflowing and spilling out on to the street, not sure if the two are related.

I understand people need money and want to make a living but they have no consideration for others as our neighborhood has lots of labors who need their sleep and wake up really early to go to work . A senior home is across the street and I am pretty sure they hear it too. There is only so much we can put up with and enough is enough. The food truck has been here for many many months and it’s time for them to go or operate somewhere else during normal business hours. Please help. We are fed up with the garbage, the noise and the unwanted foot and vehicle traffic during the late hours!

Resident of 1645 67th Avenue engages in major auto repair involving removal of tires, engines, and entire vehicle parts. Several automobiles under repair are always parked on 67th Avenue. The chemicals involved in this automobile repair can pollute our neighborhood and endanger the health and well being of residents.

Construction with no posted permit. Large structures being erected in back yard. Construction in basement. No posted building permit. This apparent rental housings will impact parking and fire hazard for established neighborhood
