Code enforcement closed prior cases. However, the mold still exists, and is evident inside other apartments as well. Not to mention someone us using the (my) unit 1. Rhey have a shower curtain, towels, soap, comet. Which is absolutely ridiculous and against the law! Who is showering in my house?!!!! I am requesting that either the closed case be reopened or a new code violation report be initiated. The house still has visible mold. What inspector cleared the unit??? It smells horribly of mold and mildew. Then they didn't remediate properly. The house was uninhabitable because of mold, but yet only halfway painted. Incredibly even in the areas they "fixed". Even after living there for 9 years, you'd think they'd give the unit a once over. But no, same mold exposed paint. Left property inside the unit during and after remediation, like there wouldn't be cross contamination. The building is water damaged and it needs a complete inspection not just one unit that was horribly infested with mold. The water quality should also be checked as the pipes are rusted and caked with lime and rust. And the owner, Surville Vaughn has resumed his illegal halfway house scam - possibly putting residents in danger and exposing them to newly released felons.

The people living here continue to run a fruit business from this residence. Everyday they bring multiple white vans to load them up with fruit. The white truck parked in the driveway is always there and there is now a second white truck that is parked in from of the house. The yard is dirty and there is a black truck that is parked on the grass in the front yard, it never moves. The interior of the driveway is nasty, there are fruit boxes and trash. To date there are 14 open complaints on the OAK 311, about this residence. Something needs to be done about this.

Resident of 1645 67th Avenue conducts an illegal auto repair business. Home is used to store car jacks, cranes, and miscellaneous large car parts such as doors and tires. Driveway or front of home are used for car repair. Resident also uses the driveways of 1650 67th Avenue and 1651 67th Avenue to engage in auto repair. At any one time, between five to ten vehicles belonging to resident of 1645 67th Avenue or his customers are parked along 67th Avenue on both sides of the street, the vehicles are either under repair or used as storage for parts and haven't been moved for months.

One of the neighbors sell cars and put cones all around the cars no license they never moved the street cleaning can’t clean .

This is to inform about a business being conducted in the back attachment of the address 6800 MacArthur Blvd Oakland 9406. I personally received treatment from the business provider which I got sick and caught an infection. This person is performing post op lympathic massages along with medical drainage & seroma removals (with out any massage or medical licenses). There was an in-law reconstructed to work in the establishment.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today (10/9/21) by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.
