City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Blight: trash, weeds, landscaping debris, 6+ vehicles in disrepair. MANY RATS, in and around property.
Also, unpermitted business (car repair?). Regular double parking blocking the flow of traffic in the street. New people in and out every day.

Food selling that has long been on 35th in front of Queen of Sheba store. Now is on Davis street ok the corner of Queen of Sheba.

Continued environmental hazards found at 5522 Fleming Ave stemming from illegal car repairs activities. Automotive fluids running down the driveway.

All guys in these house works on their cars day and night and on the street too. They have cars inside and more on the street. Due to all the cars they have they tend to double park on the street a lot.

Owner appears to be operating an illegal garage and has many cars parked on the property and the street. Including on the next block.

The tenant in unit D using the street to repair cars he has 10 vehicles on street and white tow truck had to find parking and myself and othere received tickets for parking in red on street sweepy are you sweeping day will u do something,he should no be operating a repair business on this street . Thank you
