The man living on 471 Douglas Ave is storing a construction machine on the corner lot , and every morning is driving it to his work and come back on the afternoon ,
Is moving the machine with out permission .

Animals like roosters and chickens at the house likely in violation of City code. Animals are making noises all hours of the day and night. Also, loud music from house and from guest cars day and night.

this property is a transition home the owner is not managing it the occupant has moved several homeless individuals in and they are hoarding causing rats

This lady is putting her stuff to sell on the handicap sidewalk walkway. Need her to move her stuff to another part of the street.

Non conforming signage. Cannabis signage in residential mixed use zone above the first floor. Signage requires design review & approvals

These are some of the business that I witness open performing services. KJ's Barber and Hair Creations 22126 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94541. Some had mask on and others did not. There was no one practicing social distancing. LA Trap Nails 10312 International Blvd, Oakland, CA 94603. Everyone had mask on but no social distance. Also there were several salon/barbershops in Castro Valley open as well. The truth of the matter none of these businesses should be open right now. It is unfair to the law abiding business owners. Please shut them down and fine them.

It has been observed that there are multiple people that seem to be residing in the garage of this location This is in addition to those who live on the main property already, and there does not seem to be the proper conditions for garage occupancy

What is the answer for how many vehicles are allowed for each residence. This address has upward of 10 - 15 vehicles blinding the corner and taking up parking throughout the neighborhood. This is not only inconsiderate but extremely selfish. I have noticed vehicle repair going on and I know the resident has attempted an auto repair/chop shop in the past. I think he's trying to go under cover with the repair. So anain, how many vehicles are allowed per resident?
