City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Neighbor that lives at this address is constantly making loud noises . Had his TV , speaker loud at all different times of the day . Leaves his speaker outside all day blasting music and plays music and tv at all times of the night . My children cannot sleep . Have asked neighbor to turn down noise at 9pm and yells and throws things at me and my children . This neighbor crates Nuisances and is often seen publicly intoxicated in front of children and families that live here .

The concerts continue at the property listed. They start mid day and go through the night. The decibel is well above 80. The landlord, Ahmed Said has been noticed as have the tenants. This has been going on for years. Please help @#$% down these parties. They are too loud.

Broken my widow shield

The homeowner is renting out her home on Peerspace for parties in our residential neighborhood.

Homeowners uphill pipes are not flowing to the street but instead into my property . I’m concerned about my property and the trees that may uplift because of the access water

Vehicles(s) blocking-restricting pedestrian sidewalk. Recurring.

This is a home but someone is running a construction business here. It makes a lot of noise and creates industrial pollution in a residential neighborhood.

Neighbor has a camera pointed directly into my backyard,it's not coving up any part of his property only mines. This is invasion of privacy.

Animals like roosters and chickens at the house likely in violation of City code. Animals are making noises all hours of the day and night. Also, loud music from house and from guest cars day and night.

Constantly working on clients vehicles from the looks of it. Load noises late at night fumes smells. Working on vehicle very late at night. Taking up most of the parking on roadway for client vehicles.

Fence is over code allowance height of 6ft.
