City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

My car was broken into. The window behind driver was broken.. attaching the photos, this happened right infront of Delah Coffee shop at w Grand Ave and Broadway in Oakland

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today (10/7/21) by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

Potential business running out of one of the ground level apartments. Always see different random people (possible squatters) breaking into back window and accessing unit this way. Tons of random cars park in front of building all hours of day and night (some of which appear to be stolen and stripped for parts). This building also has multiple broken windows and other visual maintenance issues that have not been fixed by owner.

Parking lot reserved for Fox Theater guest. Oakland ice rink guest have filled the lot without payment.

Loud music not only on weekends but through out the week days sometimes til 4am , we’ve called the police many times, not once have they shown up , it’s an illegal night club with karaoke , we can’t sleep at night , we’re having to battle prostitution in our neighborhood and now this
