There are people selling drugs and dropping off prostitutes. Children are walking barefoot and occasionally naked outside without any parental supervision. Cars are constantly stopping by throughout the day and night, blocking the sidewalk with their cars.

Lumpia Co. restaurant hosting loud, amplified band in violation of their alcohol license. Large crowds gather, block streets with cars sometimes.

Auto repair business being run out of home. Repair work being done on multiple vehicles and electric scooters in home's driveway, on city sidewalk and on street in front of home. Work done in the middle of the night and debris/oil/chemicals left in front of home.

Extra buildings

Short term rentals fewer than 30 days at a time. Usually 1-2 days

Vehicles(s) blocking-restricting pedestrian sidewalk. Recurring.

3 cargo storage in parking lot, heavy traffic of big trucks in/out and loud noise after hours. Unclear if they have all city permit for all these activities.

Renting house into units illegally and running a business for autos illegally. Look up the address on Google the business comes up.

One of the neighbors sell cars and put cones all around the cars no license they never moved the street cleaning can’t clean .

Potential business running out of one of the ground level apartments. Always see different random people (possible squatters) breaking into back window and accessing unit this way. Tons of random cars park in front of building all hours of day and night (some of which appear to be stolen and stripped for parts). This building also has multiple broken windows and other visual maintenance issues that have not been fixed by owner.

Empty lot being used for parties. Garbage left inside and in front of fence: trash, old furniture, mattresses, etc. Excessive noise after evening hours. Putting neighbors at risk due to excessive garbage being left. Looks like a dump and outsiders come and add to the pile.
