City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave illegally operating today (9/9/21) outside of allowable business hours per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears.

There are chickens and a rooster on this property. On the corner or the one right next to it.

I believe there may have been a cockfight two weeks ago as well. Rooster(s) crowing from daybreak for several hours. Public nuisance. Family has not been able to sleep, imagine neighbors can’t sleep either.

Loud jackhammer and construction outside of weekday hours

the house is covered in excessive signs, occupant engaged in harassment of neighbors and passerby on a daily basis.

Prohibited restaurant (or cafe) activity and a prohibited accessory structure in front yard.

gas venting. loud and unhealthy.

Suprema Meats is using the parking lot on the SE corner of Lowell and 57th to load and unload trucks for distribution, in addition to using their unpermitted loading dock at 955 57th and unpermitted warehouse at 952 57th and the entire public right of way on 57th street outside of their warehouse for loading and loading. The parking lot is not zoned for this industrial use.

Commercial vehicle (with advertisement) parked encroaching into the pedestrian sidewalk. Location does not have a driveway entry and parking space.

Parking 4 commercial trucks larger than 10,000 pounds in residential neighborhood, 3 other business trucks regular size on site and building fire prone structure filed with materials and debris.

The owner evicted last tenants then moved in new tenants, since then they are operating a business from the home including car repair, construction and unknown. Corporate landlord owner from SNL Investment Corp (Oakland, CA). Location: 960 98th Ave, Oakland, CA 94603.
