- There is a RV located in the top back area of this property,
- There are people living permanently in this RV for more than 10 months,
- The people living in this RV has cars going in and out directly to this RV location,
- We assume that the owner of the property rent this RV and they don't have legal city permits to do this.

The place where the RV is located is an empty lot, at the back top area, this lot is owned by people who live in 3238 Brunell.

We are worry about how the RV rental has running water, electricity, and sewer, etc.

Same report going to ATF and ICE untill this is taken seriously. New people operating for same operating group/cartel family from insider perspective.

Hello this try has already busted my windshield. Large branches keep falling. The base of the tree is leaning. When the arbor dept can after I reported the damage to my car he said the trees need to be taken care of.

This food vendor has been here illegally for over 1 year! He has NO permits, creates a toxic air quality all day everyday. I have to walk past him everyday with my kids to the bus stop and we're subjected to this air. We can't leave our windows open as my elderly mother has respiratory issues. He has no handwashing station, has a propane tank that is highly unsafe. He keeps his food in FILTHY coolers, and who knows how many people have gotten sick from his filthy stand. What is the point of small business' paying business property tax, having health inspectors, insurance and following code when you let this happen to my city with ZERO regulation? He even has a large sign advertising his illegal "business." Oakland has become lawless, hence all the illegal activity that goes on. Why don't the politicians in charge show some backbone and start regulating this city instead of allowing filth, lawlessness, crime and illegal vendors to operate as such?!
