This home has chickens and roosters in the front yard. They roam freely, and don't have coops. They eat garbage off the street I don't know if they are pets, or if they produce food, but they aren't receiving adequate care They are an attractant to pests. Rats eat their waste and have been observed in the front yard

Amplified noise every Wednesday after 9pm.

Illegal dwelling in basement unit.

Kon Tiki Bar is in violation of Chapter 17 Oakland storefront transparency laws. Their storefront is 100% non-transparent (blacked out windows).

Someone had dumped an old mattress by my front lawn, along with what seems to be a basket of books.

Illegal dumping next on private property and residential housing. Obstructing sidewalk access, parking, etc.

Dresser, boxspring, miscellaneous trash items, wood furniture.

Vehicle parked in red causing a hazard. Please have vehicle removed. Squatters are illegally squatting please check other vehicles surrounding the property due to stolen vehicles being towed from premises,

These people are operating an unpermitted business out of their home. They even have their home listed as a business on Maps.

Over the past months, we have been experiencing significant disturbance due to the operation of a water pressure hose machine outside the Sprouts store at 3035 Broadway, Oakland CA 94611, which produces loud noise for hours at a time past midnight until 3:00am. The loud noise penetrates the walls of the surrounding apartment buildings such as the Assembly building across the street which is located at 260 30th Street, Oakland CA 94611 even with the windows closed. This noise occurs multiple times throughout the week. The noise is disruptive, preventing myself and other tenants from getting proper sleep and negatively impacting daily routine.

3 cargo storage in parking lot, heavy traffic of big trucks in/out and loud noise after hours. Unclear if they have all city permit for all these activities.
