There’s chickens and other animals in the backyard that seems like they’re not being well taken care of. The smell of feces is so bad, we can’t enjoy hanging out in the backyard.

There is a food truck that is operating there. Businesses around the neighborhood are not happy. They just showed up.

Excessive noise every night. Selling drugs. Parking on sidewalk and sidewalk is starting to deteriorate. Pedestrians unable to walk.

Stop! Painting over our curbs this is a privately owned residential apartment complex as you can see all of Monte Vista Avenue has their curbs painted as well. This is nothing new! This is a necessity as unfortunately individuals continue to block both sides of our building’s driveway located at 43 and 35 Monte Vista Avenue!

This big truck normally brings trash to our neighborhood most the time is parked inside the lot.,

The results of my complaints to 311 and code enforcement ended with my suffering a broken foot, broken fingers, a broken nose and bruised ribs. Learned my lesson to just shut up and suffer the extreme noise and lighting due to progress.

The renters at this property have been making our weekends a living hell....they start playing and singing there music since 8 in the morning till sunset every single weekend non stop for the last few months...plus they keep parking their cars on top of the sidewalk

Illegal cannabis operation, massive parties with sale of alcohol to underage kids, unpermitted sale

Fire hazard in back slope of VACANT property-tall dead grasses, wood debris, dead trees, etc. causing fire danger to surrounding homes.

30+ damaged, unregistered cars and 4-5 trucks with trailers associated with this property parked all over Santa Fe neighborhood (59th, 58th, Genoa, Market, MLK). ASA Liquor (5909 Market St) is completely surrounded by their wrecked/damaged vehicles. 59th St between Adeline and Market is completely full with their cars. The cars only get moved when parking enforcement FINALLY assigns an orange sticker to the window. Parking has become a major problem in the neighborhood due to all of these cars. People leave for work then come home to a wrecked/unregistered car parked in front of their house for several weeks/months. Please intervene, as more and more of these cars are popping up due to limited enforcement. Thank you.
