Empty lot being used for parties. Garbage left inside and in front of fence: trash, old furniture, mattresses, etc. Excessive noise after evening hours. Putting neighbors at risk due to excessive garbage being left. Looks like a dump and outsiders come and add to the pile.

Constant music being played loud by individuals who hang outside the liquor for hours EVERYDAY. THEY ARE DRINKING & DRIVING (red truck and his friends). Loitering should not be allowed. Please respect the neighborhood.

This pickup truck is driving for a homelessnamed Luterio, the man is illegally living inside the corner lo bringing tons of trash, and doing business with mechanical works ..t

The new Telegas business has installed very bright spotlights that are shining directly into traffic on the street and several apartment buildings. This is a light pollution issue that makes it impossible to sleep or have the windows open. The lights are too bright to be used in this way. The previous gas station, Arco, did not have lights shining into the apartment buildings. This is a new feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Night club/ Karaoke bar that’s build in a lot it’s a chronic on going nuisance problem with loud music playing everyday all night long selling of liquor intoxicated people , neighbors and I are unable to sleep causing mental break down

Illegal and un permitted ADU built in the backyard of 2901 61st Ave, Oakland, CA 94605, USA Oakland CA 94605 US. There are people frequently coming and going and it is a disturbance. Also the owner is not paying any business tax to the city of Oakland for the ADU that has been on Airbnb for 7 years. According to the city of Oakland this ADU is not permitted and not compliant. No permits were pulled to build the structure and is not being rented according to the city of Oakland's short term rental guidelines.

This car was park wrong way and on the red mark. Especially I'm the owner of the property need this sport to park my car. I pay the property more then half of million and I end up parking my car on the side walk that is not right. And also this is not the first times.

Walking kids from school and they welding and not blocking it. You can see it right on the sidewalk. It could blind someone.
