THIS GUY, ROGER RODRIGUEZ AT 416 GHORMLEY AVEKEEPS MAKING LOTS OF LOUD NOISE FROM HIN UNAUTHORIZED RECYCLE BUSINESS HE RUNS FROM A JUNK TRAILER AND FORD PICKUP, I'VE MENTIONED THIS TO SETH, THE INSPECTOR MANY TIMES, ROGER HAS ALREADY GOTTEN MANY BIG $$ FINES FOR BLIGHT & NUISANCE IN THE PAST, NOW HE'S STARTING THIS NOISEY BUSINESS UP AGAIN, EVEN AT NIGHT THIS GOES ON AND ON, THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD UNTIL HE MOVED IN! WE'RE SICK OF THE NOISE AND SICK OF SEEING THE JUNK PILES UP ON THE PROPERTY AND IN THE TRAILER HE LEAVES IN FRONT, AND IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLES HOMES HERE.

Drug selling, prostitution, vehicle stealing and Amazon packages stealing all happening at this house run by Philippine men and women. Every day after 11:00pm 12:00am there be a lot of activity happening at this location . All kind of men and women in and out this house.

Illegal gambling inside 1326 E15th

This property in a residential zone is being used to repair vehicles - the owner of the land owns an auto repair shop and she seems to be using residential zoned property for business purposes. There are currently 9 vehicles plus 2 trailers on the property, and there is a permanent tent set up where people are working on cars that are coming in and out.

Corner store selling expired food items, this is a cover up. Associated to the drug dealers at the corner. Outdated refrigeration system and counters. Deteriorated interior and exterior .
Tons of double parking, and not a good contribution to the community here.

Almost daily unpermitted auto repair on-going by resident of 1645 67th Avenue. Blocks traffic, causes noise and environmental pollution, and cars are inoperable and not moved for months.

I was walking by and can hear loud roosters. Roosters aren't allowed in Oakland.

Auto shop is at it again. They are blocking street access to 62nd street with a non-functioning car and actively doing auto repairs late at night. This is getting out of control. There are numerous reports with abandoned vehicles that this auto shop leaves on public streets.
