Building heavily tagged with wall sized gang graffiti in black and red paint. Demolition began more than a year ago and was abandoned. Exterior walls have large cuts in them and stucco is flaking. Possible environmental hazard.

Please remove the graffiti and otherwise hold the property owner accountable. This address is a serious blight. People appear to be living here.

Residential blight for years

This property and the one next door (5347 Lawton) have a serious rat problem which has spilled over to the entire 5300 block of both Boyd and Lawton. In addition, the property appears to be unoccupied and may pose a safety issue for other reasons, such as fire hazard. In the past few weeks the entire 5300 block of Boyd has been overwhelmed with many dozens of rats roaming freely. Please investigate this property and do what's necessary to protect the neighborhood.

Gates open again at abandoned construction site. Hazardous. Garbage collecting. Graffiti. Unapproved storage containers.

Human feces and trespasser in backyard of property

Open dumpsters are overflowing and magnets for people who rummage through and spread the trash around. Much is from Whole Foods and the smell is terrible. Black and green residential dumpsters are constantly left on the street.

Growing by the hour

Continued blight at this corner property 1) boarded up front windows, 2) broken window, 3) over grown weeds, 4) trash, 5) rodents, 6) torn and frayed drapes, 7) broken concrete driveway, 8) rotting wood structures and window framing, and 9) trash. In the past, this has attracted squatters and drug users.

Dumpsters on side of Round Table Pizza are overflowing with litter. rats were seen as well as dog feces. They will leave it there all day and let people walk around it blocking the sidewalk there are approximately 7 large leaf bags worth of litter
