someone please help. this lady is back here again and causing so much trash to be littered everywhere. since yesterday she's already brought a cart full of trash back to this house.

this blighted property has graffiti on the fixture and on the fences with overgrown weeds that are a potential fire hazard as we near fire season. Also, the illegally chop shop next door and the homeless RV in front of it, treat this property as a dumping ground. There are several wooden pallets, a mattress, small plastic bags with trash and miscellaneous items scattered throughout the property.

Please do something! 4 years it has been like this.

Burning cars and junk car park right in front my house

There is a large amount of debris and soil that slid in a landslide from the backyard of 2187 Magellan Dr. onto the Montclair Railroad Trail (an Oakland park). The contracted retaining wall work did not remove the debris. The debris poses potential safety hazards to trail users in addition to affecting drainage; the debris is loose and eroding, impacting runoff. The soil also allows fire-prone invasive plants to proliferate. The soil, debris and overgrowing vegetation cannot be safely cleared without professional expertise. It is surprising the contracted work didn't clear debris that slid down from the residence.

Graffiti all over this building that was under renovation and then for sale, but it seems like nothing has happened here for months. Graffiti and trash all over, why is the owner neglecting this property right at the entry to the Rockridge-Temescal area?
