There are chickens and a rooster on this property. On the corner or the one right next to it.

I believe there may have been a cockfight two weeks ago as well. Rooster(s) crowing from daybreak for several hours. Public nuisance. Family has not been able to sleep, imagine neighbors can’t sleep either.

1600 41st ave - this home has too many cars parked for family with small kids. they have at least 10 cars they park a car blocking my garage the block in and out of the dead in street . Also owner is building in the garage an apparent. So we will have more people living there means more cars parked we already don't have parking on that dead end street.

Customers come and go all day, this is a drug business not a homeless persons house. Please shut it down along with the 2 others on this street, they rent these out weekly to people, grow weed in them and use them to cook and sell drugs. Lots of video of them doing drug deals in the streets, 10 minutes of detective work would uncover this is a drug house not a homeless persons rv, tow it away.

Illegal dumping next on private property and residential housing. Obstructing sidewalk access, parking, etc.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave illegally operating today (9/9/21) outside of allowable business hours per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears.

There is an adult rooster nesting near or at 3160 Coolidge Avenue and it crows constantly, unknown if the residents there are intentionally keeping it, but if so, they are not bringing it in at night. Crows starting around 2:30 am and goes all morning and into the afternoon. Issue has gone on a few months now

Lumpia Co. Restaurant blasting music. Music so loud, can feel vibrations in walls in apartment across the street

Mattresses, chair sofa, metal frame of some sort. Sitting against landscaped planter of 257 Athol Ave but a portion protrudes onto the sidewalk causing a TRIP & FALL hazzard. As well, issued with tenants whom have a CHRONIC penchant for tossing/ flicking their BARELY extinguished, cigarette butts onto the rocks and into the planter. These are tenants whom frequently smoke throughout the day- 7 days per week. Plants and weeds in the rocks, are not well maintained and tossing of barely extinguished cigarette butts frequently during a hot day, turn a potential FIRE HAZZARD into a game of "Rusdian Roulette"
