I'm reporting this again:

The floor/tiling in the bathroom is warped curled and in many places no adhered to the floor in various areas in the bathroom. Subfloor is visible and visibly crumbling around the shower, there is mold inside the shower as well as a crack on the shower wall which has undoubtedly allowed moisture in. I have informed property management of this, they came by to inspect (April 21, 2025) and sent an update only to me expressing they were awaiting supplies/materials for repairs. I nor my neighbors have been updated on the status of the bathroom since their inspection on April 21, 2025. I very recently asked for an update in mid-June and have heard nothing.

Apartment H at this location has been dealing with ceiling leaks from the rain since December 13th 2021. We were told by our landlord that these issues would be resolved after the rainy season in 2022. As far as I and the other affected tenants know, nothing has been done about this issue and the leaks have only gotten worse since then as of December 3rd 2022, and increasingly worse as of January 10th 2023. There is now termite damage in our unit (of which our landlord was notified immediately), ceiling peeling/falling off from the excessive water damage, mold, and possible exposed electrical wires due to a static electricity sound coming from the living room lights.

Illegal construction going on. A brand house is being built in the backyard. Not sure if permit was applied for. Concern if electrical, plumbing, etc, can be up to code

I live in this building and the fire alarm has been covered and no repairs have been done; I'm afraid for family if there is a fire ; the alarm is not working ; i have call the landlord main office the they have ignore the fact this is been a problem close to a year. Please send the Fire Marshall to inspect ;
