Neighbor is doing construction unpermitted and they are not following code

Parra's restaurant also has illegal, non-permitted outside dining furniture on the sidewalk @ 3284 International Blvd, which is blocking Ebmud's access to water meters for inspections.

Ebmud has issued multiple notices / fines, however Parra's Restaurant has continued to ignore these requests to move their furniture. They have been notified on Nov 28th, 2022 and February 5th, 2023).

Dog left outside every night and barks nonstop. My tenant can’t sleep the noise is so loud and never stops.

There is a dog at this address that is left out all night- 7pm to 9am and it barks nonstop. It is a big dog and very loud and disturbing. This has been an issue for two months now and it has not stopped. This complaint didn’t fit into the other categories so that is why I put it here. The dog comes right up to the fence bordering the properties and disturbs our ability to have peace on our property.

Back porch light is strobing VERY BRIGHTLY all night. This has been going on for at least a month. We have left notes and spoken with the neighbors but they refuse to turn it off. The light flashes into our apartment’s bedroom window all night.

my apartment unit, and areas surrounding (hallways) are hot and muggy, clearly somethings not working or ventilating properly yet the building ignores my concerns. humidity levels in my unit have been above that at which mold grows for weeks.

My garage was broken into and they pried open latch lock. Nothing looks stolen, but it looks as if they were about two and someone came so they ran off.

There is a recurring issue with large contractor vehicles blocking the roadway at 2178 Braemar Road, Oakland, CA 94602. This has been happening daily, and it is creating significant safety and accessibility concerns for residents.

A specific incident occurred today at approximately 9:00 AM, where large vehicles completely obstructed the roadway, as shown in the attached photos. The contractors informed me they would need to block the road for one hour, despite having no visible permits to do so. Earlier this week on Tuesday, my spouse was stuck for 30 minutes due to similar obstruction.

This pattern of unpermitted road blockage is disrupting traffic flow, impeding emergency access, and affecting residents’ ability to move freely. Please investigate and take appropriate enforcement action.

The store has built several unpermitted structures, including a shower room just outside the bathroom, multiple rooms in the back where the owner sleeps, and an illegal second floor. Additionally, there is a sign installed on the property without a proper permit. None of these changes appear to have gone through city approval or inspection.
