City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

I have a roach infestation I am a single parent to two minor kids. Our landlord does not maintain the property. I have repeatedly asked the landlord to deal with the buildings roach infestation. I cleaned a colony behind my fridge by myself 3. Months ago. I have nightmares about roaches. My kids see then crawling on the floors. Additionally, our landlord built a basement unit that he rented out, by doing this he cut off necessary support for building. I am concerned if an earthquake happened we will all die. We need an inspector to come out. Landlord also overcharged me rent for the past 9 months.

I have or had the studio listed as Elmhurst #c almost 5 years no heater no sub panel lights dim when using an appliance owners have had a bldg town down before in SF DBI.

The residents at this property are renting out the garage illegally.

Construction still happening at this location without an active permit.

There is no heat at our residence. The landlord has been notified twice. Our address is 5869 San Pablo Ave.

the three units on this property have been vacant for the last year or more. I want to report this because I think they should be charged the vacant property tax.

To many people living in one home 30 plus people and it had completely changed the atmosphere of neighborhood with the over parking and the Band with loud parties on Sundays A complete nuisance
They are housing immigrant families by the dozens It's a nightmare going on 5 years Enough Unsafe by the crowds of families living there It's a nightmare I'm all for them trying to make it but neighborhoods are not zoned for 30 people in one household It's ridiculous and parties are to loud
