Unapproved addition to house and garage

Property is a single family dwelling. New structure with solar panels erected in back yard.

I’ve noticed large amounts of noise and trades people coming in and out. Large debris removal and new plumbing/copper pipes being moved into the building. I’ve checked permit portal and there is no active permit.

The Car shows in picture attached was parked blocking the our driveway with one person in the drivers seat located inside the vehicle. My partner and I were leaving our home, when we noticed this car blocking our driveway. We approached the car and asked the person inside to move the car, to which they agreed to do. About a minute later, another person with the driver came up to our car and stared their car battery had died. We went to give them a jump. The passenger and the driver were observed getting into a separate car and left the scene. Based on the passenger’s leaving the car blocking the driveway, my partner and I felt the situation was suspicious.

This site is under construction. The scaffolding does not seem properly blocked off. Recently, children and young adults have been climbing up and hanging out there. It is a huge hazard/liability.

There has been no hot water/gas since Jan 2023 in unit.

This unit has mice, rats, cockroaches, no heat, and damp walls.

Non structural fire damage

Illegal construction going on the house there making rooms all over the house making noise In the morning g illegal contractors no license no permit nails all over street been doing work for past two weeks. Please sent city l ordinance to stop very dangerous construction going on no permit.

Gas powered garden tools being used.
Weed trimmers. Hedgers and blowers.
All very loud.
