    The disruptive security system at this whole foods is still in place. I reported it here about a month ago and I have reported it directly to the Whole Foods. I have not heard it in the middle of the night recently, but I still hear it multiple times a day. I don't understand why it needs to reprimand shoppers in the parking lot in the middle of the day during normal business hours.

    Three weeks ago I notified the property manager, Yansy Campos, and the management company, Pacific Star Realty & MGMT, that my ceiling was cracking. Shortly after packing up and moving most of my belongings out of the way, the ceiling fell on the ground. They have been completely dismissive when I reach out concerned for my safety and ask for an update on when this will get fixed. The insulation is soaked with water and drips all day into a bucket. I have been sending pictures and keeping them updated on the leaking and no response. If they do respond they will say that maintenance came that day and fixed stuff on the roof. I work from home and can confirm that no one comes to do maintenance on the roof. I check all-day everyday and no one comes. This apartment is uninhabitable and the management is doing nothing.

    Multiple outdoor power outlets (hanging from the ceiling) throughout the warehouse; raises the awareness to a potential fire safety hazard/violation.
    No permit was involved.

    An old rusty chain link fence riddled with holes was removed. A brand new redwood fence was installed on 585 63rd street.
    587 neighbor has proceeded to install nails over the entirety of the fence and add vines covering the wood fence. The weight and moisture will destroy the fence.

    This house is occupied, but rotting away. There does not appear to be stairs to the house- the owner climbs a ladder down from the driveway (we think). It is an extreme fire risk because of the poor condition of the structure and lack of access.
