Food truck is illegally doing business. It is taking away from the neighborhood businesses .

This people start problems with us always blocking our driveway. They act like they own the street . We tell them over and over again to the point were we are cussing at them. They are some sort of South American people. The landlord lives in the garage converted into apartment. They got at more than 5 ppl living there and at least 5 cars plus combined. Someone needs to go and do something.

Unpermitted restaurant in zoning area

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave illegally operating today — outside of allowable business hours and by evicted tenants — per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

This business holds loud concerts in their upstairs warehouse They have all the windows open and no noise insulation They occasionally hold concerts outside and block the sidewalk

Terms of Settlement between City and Property owner from May 2021 states that "Any business at the Property must operate only between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00
PM. " It is 8:30 PM and there is work being done on cars in the autoshop and bright flood lights are in operation. This violates the settlement agreement and has happened on other occasions.

Complaint of Trash enclosure

DS220393 Information on permit omitted two items. The first is the placement of enclosure on property line. The second is the side view of the shed. The construction resulted in the eaves of the roof extending beyond the footprint of the structure onto the neighbor’s property and directs the water runoff from the shed’s roof to the neighbor’s electrical panel and foundation. The corrugated fiberglass panels used in the construction of roof creates a loud drum noise when it rains. Attached is an overhead drawing of the final placement of the shed. This is the second shed build on the property line. The first enclosure was built without a permit and creates the same problems. Both structures may not meet required setbacks. There is a pattern of conflict between permit application and build. There are two issues with the construction on Permit DDRX1814654. The placement of garbage pad was beyond plan. The build of the trellis was not placed as stated on permit. Complaint Record ID 1803365 was filed on this permit/build. The Record Status: Pending Investigation. The Record Status Date: 9/24/2018

Continued loud concert full band parties. They go way past 80 dB. Police have been notified. Landlord, Ahmed said also notified and nothing done. Please help shut these parties down.
