I reported it here about a month ago and I have reported it directly to the Whole Foods. I have not heard it in the middle of the night recently, but I still hear it multiple times a day. I don't understand why it needs to reprimand shoppers in the parking lot in the middle of the day during normal business hours.

187 Montecito Ave Oakland, California, 94610 - Adams PointThree weeks ago I notified the property manager, Yansy Campos, and the management company, Pacific Star Realty & MGMT, that my ceiling was cracking. Shortly after packing up and moving most of my belongings out of the way, the ceiling fell on the ground. They have been completely dismissive when I reach out concerned for my safety and ask for an update on when this will get fixed. The insulation is soaked with water and drips all day into a bucket. I have been sending pictures and keeping them updated on the leaking and no response. If they do respond they will say that maintenance came that day and fixed stuff on the roof. I work from home and can confirm that no one comes to do maintenance on the roof. I check all-day everyday and no one comes. This apartment is uninhabitable and the management is doing nothing.
