City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

This house is discharging poopy-smelling brown and dirty water onto the sidewalk for people and pets and wildlife to walk into. Please investigate! I and others have slipped multiple times in the mud that the drainage creates. This is creating a massive public health issue.

3 men observed working at the street in the box ( between street and sidewalk) where utilities connected. making. changes to metal piping. observed around noon on saturday.

Excess moisture in the home should be prevented through good construction and plumbing systems, temperature control, ventilation and home maintenance.

These were garages before now the owner converted them into apartments

This people start problems with us always blocking our driveway. They act like they own the street . We tell them over and over again to the point were we are cussing at them. They are some sort of South American people The landlord lives in the garage converted into apartment They got at more than 5 ppl living there and at least 5 cars plus combined Someone needs to go and do something ....

Large cracks that you can see all the way thru to the outside all throughout the large cement blocks surrounding garage. This was reported 2months ago thru oak311 and since that first reporting, someone has "filled in" these cracks. Apartment buildings are collapsing all over the country and these numerous Large cracks need to be inspected please!!

Illegally constructed parking ramp built on top of reserve easement on Snake Rd between 6175 Snake rd and 6201 Snake rd. Also encroaching on property at 6175 Snake rd.
