This is not Los Angeles. There are health and safety issues to cooking outside in around garbage. This is just a health issue a safety issue and an issue that makes Trump relevant.

This property its being used as an auto shop. People bring cars to this house to be fixed. They block the entrance to residents, they leave trash and oil everywhere and they work late. They block house residents driveways and parked cars in the middle of the street. This owner has over 10 cars park on this block without moving them for more than 6 months. Sweepers can't clean the street as cars are never moved. This activity brings vandalism and pollution to this block.

Excessive noise with cars revving engines and doing donuts all night. Tents set up on driveway, lots of traffic coming and going like a business

Double parking and parking in the middle of the street during busy morning blocking crosswalks for pedestrian. Children can't walk safely with customers blocking views. They park in the middle of foothill where traffic has to merge onto upcoming traffic. Plus these ladies don't offer bathroom services. They touch their hair and sweep and aren't sanitary.health code is a joke there. They live at the apartments so they sell food out the apartments and let me just say roach infested.

Unauthorized after hours party nightclub.

Vicious dogs barking constantly for hours on end and late into the night. The owner is unreceptive to pleas for control. These are dangerous animals that snarl and lunge at literally EVERYONE who walks by. This is a public nuisance and the noise disturbs the neighborhood peace.

Auto shop continues to operate outside of the permitted hours of operation (8am to 7pm) per an agreement from May 2021 with Patrick Bears from the city attorney's office. In addition to still working at 8pm a vehicle is illegally parked outside the business on a red zone on Shattuck Avenue.

Lots of people coming in and out of the property, all day and all night. It must be an illegal sales operation, or short-term rental, or something. Lots of different cars, leaving trash everywhere, doing drugs in the cars and on the sidewalks, blocking driveways.

7/11 added a motion sensitive camera with a bright blue light that then emits a loud announcement “welcome to 7/11 for security you are being recorded, thank you for shopping at 7/11.” It is very loud, I can hear it hundreds of feet away at all hours of the day many times per hour. It is a nuisance, the lights are quite bright too.

All guys in these house works on their cars day and night and on the street too. They have cars inside and more on the street. Due to all the cars they have they tend to double park on the street a lot.
