This rooster is literally crowing every day from 3am onward, and is pretty incessant. Does not appear to have a crow collar on and wanders around the houses/apartments closest to 3146-3150

Change the zoning of this parking lot at Walgreens. We don't need a two story parking garage. We want retail shops and housing and a small park. Not a crime ridden parking lot that attracts blight and crime.

something needs to be done at this address, it's suppost to be a 3 bedroom house and there are like 5 family's with kids living there occupying a lot of parking spaces on the street and also parking blocking the side walk for pedestrians or handicaps to walk by. it's just too much. please have someone from the city of Oakland go by and to check out the house please.

Very loud music multiple times per week late into the night within residential neighborhood. Seems like running some sort of venue or bar in the back of a residential lot.

Chop shop is still 100% active. This house is a cesspool of nonstop criminal activities and a safe haven for criminals. City of Oakland needs to shut this place down immediately.

Lumpia Company constantly hosts outdoor live music concerts and other amplified events. Concerts last for hours and go until very late at night. This is near residential buildings with seniors. Alcohol is consumed.
