I must firmly address the allegations regarding illegal activities at our residence. These claims are completely unfounded and false. They have a rooster that makes noise screeching early in the morning, every morning. Finally saw that it was coming from this house.

New corner store selling chips,soda tobacco stuff. Valley Shop or Valley Market. Big signs. Big metal door. This is right across from where my parents nursing home is. Oakland does not need more stores like these and not across the street from where seniors live. The gas station is bad enough.

Band playing on outside grounds of Lumpia Co. Restaurant. Operating in violation of its liquor license.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today by evicted tenant (10/22/21) per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

The resident manager keeps cones in yhe handicapped parking spot so no one can park there (see attached photo)

Gas-powered string trimmer being used by lawn crew on 800 block of Grosvenor Place This crew has been repeatedly informed of the ban on gas-powered lawn tools They do most of the lawns in the block so the noise and air pollution continue all day long Please fine them
