City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Drug addicts are living in this vacant lot. There has been multiple calls to police to remove cars and garbage. Please remove them from the neighborhood. Please have children and also own a house on the street two houses down. Thank you. Please help.

Light pollution coming from their back yard. They have 3 flood lights directed up and out of their backyard which are on all night - they are never switched off. This is blinding to all neighbors and a safety issue. Additionally adjacent homes are being flooded with light all night.

There was a leak from our ceiling vent/fan in the bathroom. That leak was stopped but it appears water is collecting in a different area. There is also discoloration in the ceiling where the leak is collected and the ceiling is swollen and appears heavy. Our landlord said it will simply dry and it’s not mold because mold is green.

this house constantly has cars blocking the street. it is right next to a roundabout and makes it dangerous for incoming and outgoing traffic

Razor wire being added to fence and framing with razor wire added to top of garage on Wallace and E 24th St. It creates an appearance of not being safe and adds to the detriment of the neighborhood. A home is being sold across the street, which is likely going to be undervalued by the addition of this razor wire DURING showings.

I would like to report that the business Fit Evolution Gym located at 4137 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 is in current violation of the isolation, quarantine and stay at home order and have been ever since it has been ordered. The indoor fitness training gym has been daily holding numerous classes at this facility. The indoor fitness facility is methodically not using their commercial entrance to keep the appearance that they are not open however all their patrons at any time enter the fitness center from a rear residential entrance between 4138 Howe Street and 4142 Howe Street as shown below.
