    Extensive water damage in our kitchen. When it was raining, the ceiling was leaking and had water bubbles on the ceiling. Reported original damage nearly 2 months ago (on 12/5) and have still not had repairs made or any major steps to have repairs made. We also had over 20 days without heat during December.

    There is mold in this rental unit. The landlord is being unresponsive and minimizing the mold damage. He actually made fun of a photo I sent him of my furniture showing mold growing on it. There is also a mice infestation. The landlord has done very little to resolve the mice issue and is refusing to do anything further. There is no heat source in the unit. There is not adequate ventilation in the unit. The rental unit is ground level of the house, behind a locked gate. The property owner/landlord resides in main house. When I told the landlord about the mold and continuing mice problem, he threatened to evict me for back rent owed, started throwing my personal belongings out of the laundry room and withdrew my access to the laundry room and backyard and threatened to change the locks on me.

    There are various parts of our roof that are leaking. This is a 4-plex and most of us have had issues with leaks during this rain. This has been an ongoing problem for the last several months but our landlord refuses to repair the roof. When the roofers have come to look at it they say that the entire roof needs to be replaced and that they have come to look at it in the past and told the landlord to replace it but he will not. We don't know what else to do.
