Unpermitted renovations and construction activities occurring upstairs for several weeks with lots of loud noises. No permits are online for 2024 so I believe its unpermitted work. Workers have been carrying large equipment and wood beams inside and out.

Uneven sidewalk. The sidewalk in front of my house has become uneven due to roots from the liquid amber tree and puts people at risk of falling. The city fixed this several years ago, however it needs to be fixed again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Raw material of siding is exposed, unsightly, and deteriorating. Owners do not seem to be maintaining the property.

Waste water pumped into the street creating a pool of standing water full of mosquitos. Not connected to a sewer line. Non permitted .

Front yard fence >3.5 ft constructed without permit. Trash and flammable yard waste left next to sidewalk.

Bad roofing 3 years ago job led to ceiling leakage and shifts, now I am seeing molds grow and cracks all over the living room ceilings and some in my bedroom.

There are leaks that we have had since we moved in (January 15th 2023). We reported them to property management at that time and many times since. Though maintenance staff have come several times and said that repairs were done, issue has not been fully addressed. We were told a larger repair needs to be done but we are still waiting and we have not been given a timeline for this to be resolved. There is damage to our windows and walls inside the unit and bigger repairs that need to be done for the building.
