City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Residents at 1449 82nd Ave are running several businesses. They are in the back house in the yard that can be accessed by the drive way. They have people coming in and out all day. Struggling to find parking as one person is running a nail shop from her room and another has a car washing business. I'm not sure if they have any permits or licenses but this needs to be looked at. As a neighbor I don't want to be smelling all the nail monomers that cause me headaches, and have the sidewalk wet and soapy so constant. Washing cars so often make the dirt and debris from their yard go onto the street from the water running.

This is a new smoke shop on MacArthur Blvd.
Two blocks west or east are elementary schools,four blocks west or east leads you to a middle or high school.
Note: billboard with OUSD signage, On MacArthur side is a billboard with the Oakland Zoo displayed alongside the Smoking High Panda and 15 foot smiling cigarette.
Two +- blocks either way on MacArthur get you to a dispensary or a liquor store.
Is the Zoning/building department in need of more revenue for the city? Authorizing building/business permits to this highly visible business of this nature?
If not please have code enforcement check this location.

This issue has been reported for more than a year numerous times by many residents. Trailer and construction vehicles parked on the street for years blocking traffic on a narrow residential street. It has a boot on it for over a year and it's still there. DO YOUR JOB AND TOW IT!

These 3 vehicles who the owners live at 1018 73rd Ave Oakland, CA 94621 United States. Are part of selling stolen car items and/or stealing car parts to place them onto the vehicles they sell. They also abandoned their vehicles and trash the area. One of the thief's name is Brayan Lozano. In case someone gets their car stolen, come find them along 73rd ave

there is an unpermitted rooftop bar here operating out of the "Skylab" co-working space. they play loud music past 10 pm regularly and disturb this residential neighborhood. please investigate what is going on.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today (9/29/30) by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

Neighbor has roosters in his backyard. Noise nuisance.
