This is a serious fire hazard. Property owner has been complained about in the past. Please shut this down stat.

Behind a commercial property. This place has no heating at all. "Landlord" operates without a permit but runs an acupressure business outfront & uses her 16-hour days as an excuse not to do things the right way. Also hella rats/mice running around.

Home has had demolition for work and nothing has been completed . Electrical exposed , roof in need of major repair, structure does not appear stable

Construction of a tiny studio built in the back of the house. Electrical work and plumbing without the proper care for the people living inside the studio and that’s the main reason for everyone’s safety.

Illegal construction of an ADU, Noise past 7pm. Permit status Unknown.

Construction no permit. Electrical meter wire expose and tampered. Broken window and garbage on yard. Stripped car in yard and oil on ground.

This is an abandoned vehicle. It has been parked at this facility for longer than a week.

The backyard is now a giant room. The obstruction made it difficult to maneuver with my ongoing mobility issues tied to my MS.

Possible diversion of storm drain on Clemens to drain at rear yard of 1925 Clemens Road. Drain appears to come from under the house and uses a concrete channel to direct water to neighboring properties.

4039 Lincoln Ave, Oakland, California, 94602 has been working on building an illegal house in the backyard. No permit work has been preformed these last several days.
