2331-39 Ivy Drive; Newer resident (?) seems to be operating an auto repair shop out of the building. Frequently has car parts all over driveway & sidewalk and works on cars all hours of the day, including late into the night. Do not believe this degree of high activity would normally be allowed at this multi-unit residential building. (Owner has let building fall into disrepair.)

Unauthorized night club. Unauthorized food prep sales, entertainment and Stadium level sound system friday Sunday. Police ignore the noise complaints. - Tentant's have been notified and complaints ignored.

There is an rv that has parked illegally on our business zoned area - it needs to be removed immediately and it's not safe. We have businesses down the street that have legal teams on retainer to handle this issue. Now they rv's are back and causing an unsafe working environment. This will definitely take national press coverage if not handled within a certain time frame. Safety is of the most importance to our community and efforts need to be made.

There is an RV being rented out illegally at 1742 10th that is causing severe safety and health issues for the surrounding homes. The previous tenant was seen/heard on several occasions using the bathroom in a bucket behind the RV. There has been a rat and big problem for the surrounding homes stemming from this RV. Waste and trash are regularly being kept outside. Hundreds of flies are regularly seen flying around the location. It looks like the electricity isn't properly hooked up, which causes a serious fire risk for the surrounding neighbors. If this RV catches fire, it will certainly spread to the surrounding homes. There is often a strong sewage smell coming from the property. The city needs to do something about this before something bad happens.

Public nuisance, has cars and crowd playing loud music in the middle of the night that can be heard multiple blocks away.
