City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Neighbor has a camera pointed directly into my backyard,it's not coving up any part of his property only mines. This is invasion of privacy.

This house has a music recording studio in the back shed. It plays and records music all day long!!

Sidewalk outside of Post Office in serious disrepair on 41st Street never mind 40th street and the length of the street destroyed by heavy trucks and now traffic. There is still excessive noise + lighting. The Post Office is going after my housing while many residents and neighbors too want this location Shut Down as slatted. again the abuse I've suffered by our PO is unacceptable and I am willing to meet my abusers in COURT! Again my health and crdit have been affected!

613 & 615 Jackson Street. Substandard 2-story residential duplex.

Vehicle(s) blocking, restricting and driving on pedestrian sidewalk, entering-exiting-parking on property with NO driveway, front curb side with continuous RED curb, interfering with vehicle traffic in dedicated right lane designated for "Freeway 880 North Only" lane. Frequent temporary compliance after each and multiple notification via OPD.

Vehicles include, but not limited to: gray Toyota Tundra pickup truck license 32422L3, white Toyota Highlander SUV license 9CXP896, red Toyota RAV4 SUV license 9JLE974 and many others.

Consider complaint through notification, monitoring (including evenings, etc) citation of vehicle and residential property owner(s), acquaintances, tenants and selling-forfeiture of property with proceeds going to City of Oakland and neighborhood improvement.

Building is a church, appears to be housing residents upstairs.

Mural on this building is blight and does not adhere to the municipal code.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today (10/9/21) by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

Gas station is hosting illegal sideshows Illegal business activity

Stolen cars are being parted out at this location

they use the backyard to throw raves and live bands. its noisy all day my kids cant even do homework. i see all the complaints here, why is the city not doing anything?

Illegal Roosters and chicken farm -perhaps hundreds of birds~ half city block large.
