I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue that has been causing a disturbance to our business operations and posing a safety risk to our community. The problem concerns a repeat offender named John, who has been repeatedly parking his vehicle on private business property with his unleashed dog. Despite repeated complaints, no legal action has been taken against him.
This issue has been affecting our business delivery schedule, which we pay for as tax-paying citizens of Oakland. Moreover, the presence of RVs on the site has only added to the problem, creating an unsafe working environment for our employees.
I would also like to point out that we have businesses down the street that have legal teams on retainer to handle this issue. While we do not want to take legal action, we may be forced to do so if the situation is not resolved promptly.
We understand that the matter may require some time and effort to resolve, but we urge you to take necessary steps to address this issue as soon as possible. We believe that it's essential to ensure the safety of our community, especially with the added risk of an unleashed dog on the property.

I have now experienced TWO circumstance where I ncidents of Flooding and Mold Exposure have put my long term health at risk. I have now had Stachybotrys, Penicillium, and Aspergillus floor water drop onto my bare skin and I have contacted poison control to seek reccomendation on what someone does when toxic black mold water splashed directly into their eyes. The answer is “they don’t really know”. Poison control. After calling for weeks to have the appropriate agency address the construction and self remediating of toxic black mold in the unit above me I am fleeing my home. My landlord has given me no reply on the test results, or my noise complaint. , the unit above mine experienced flooding for the second time, resulting in water contaminated with toxic mold spores to spread all across the entryways of the units below. I have tried very hard to ensure that while pursuing action on this matter that my fellow tenants not be held responsible for the condition of a building built in 1910, I have lived here under previous management. These spore types and counts are a health crisis for everywhere who lives here, this will be the 2nd unit with conclusive proof and if there are many photos of a thirdz, leaving 3 more units at risk should clandestine remediation continue. It is not my unit that needs to be investigated. However since I am experiencing health conditions due to it I will provide any information and investigation would find helpful.
