Car abandoned 2 weeks , no plates , broken windows.

This evening the Oakland A's have decided again to violate the noise ordinance with their invasive bass heavy music during the game this evening. I can hear and feel the bass all the way over in Jingletown even with my windows and skylights closed. The Oakland A's have repeatedly violated the noise ordinance since making unwelcome changes to their sound system/audio engineering staff beginning last year. The City of Oakland has repeatedly ignored complaints so I am making SPL level recordings to share with interested law firms.

The owner is frequently working on multiple cars on the street, leading to consistent oil spillage on the roadway.

Junk truck in front of other properties with garbage, creating rodents pests, streets cleaning not possible on regular weekly basis due to junk trucks blocking street for weekly sweeping .

The new tenants at 877 Brockhurst Street at Market Street have turned this street into a loading dock and truck repair shop. They and their staff have three huge trucks which they unload and repair double parking for hours. Blocking access and blocking parent drop off for Hoover School right across the street. Already have caused an accident involving a parent dropping off their child at Hoover School. They and their staff repair and paint the trucks day and night. As well as load and unload ( cross loading) the truck all hours of the day. No one at community realty seems to care.

Illegal construction going on in front, doe not seem permitted, also repairing of vehicles in front at night. They seem to be building a restaurant without permits.

An oven has been dumped on Gleason Way this week.

Constant loud HVAC noise 24/7 from Logan apartments/Whole Foods machinery on 5100 block of Clarke Street

There is an abandone vehicle for more then 3weeks already

My car was parked on Joaquin Miller Road I noticed my car was broken into when I went back which was around 6:15pm. This occurred on Joaquin Miller road not the location I set, it said it had to be a house so I chose one near it.
