Illegally building rooms in the house making small rooms everywhere nails all over the street neighborhood can't sleep construction going on without no permits illegal contractors with licensed . Dumping there material anywhere. Please sent a building Inspectors.

7/11 recently installed a camera, flood light/flashing blue light, and loud speaker as theft deterrent, but it is extremely loud and bright, which disturbs everyone who lives on the block. I can hear the announcement and see the light from within my apartment across the street at all hours, and I'm not sure how they are allowed to install something that is so disruptive for nearby residents. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate the impact?

After-hours recorded announcement in parking lot is too loud. It can be heard down the block. This announcement constantly disturbs a quiet residential neighborhood whenever the rental office is closed - night, early morning, Sunday afternoon. Location management claims they can't do anything, because "it's up to Corporate". Please cite them for code enforcement, to get Corporate's attention.
This is a serious nuisance. We can quote the entire message from memory after hearing it hundreds of times.

Not taking advantage to park vehicle(s) in the generous unrestricted parking spaces about 60-feet away, same block, on both sides of 6th Street between Alice and Jackson Street (access from Alice Street).

This lady is putting her stuff to sell on the handicap sidewalk walkway. Need her to move her stuff to another part of the street.

Lumpia Co. Restaurant blasting music. Music so loud, can feel vibrations in walls in apartment across the street

Property damage. Hit and run with an attempt to run over a pedestrian that was on site. Actions were deliberate in nature and meant to harm the person being run over.

All guys in these house works on their cars day and night and on the street too. They have cars inside and more on the street. Due to all the cars they have they tend to double park on the street a lot.

Vicious dogs barking constantly for hours on end and late into the night. The owner is unreceptive to pleas for control. These are dangerous animals that snarl and lunge at literally EVERYONE who walks by. This is a public nuisance and the noise disturbs the neighborhood peace.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.
