Landlord is operating an illegal short-term residential rental in unit 5 of 95 Moss Avenue. The unit is listed on Airbnb

Resident of 1645 67th Avenue engages in major auto repair involving removal of tires, engines, and entire vehicle parts. Several automobiles under repair are always parked on 67th Avenue. The chemicals involved in this automobile repair can pollute our neighborhood and endanger the health and well being of residents.

Complaint: Ongoing Vehicle Painting in Open Parking Lot

The property is painting vehicles daily in an open parking lot, causing toxic paint fumes to spread throughout the surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses. Residents of neighboring apartment buildings are unable to open their windows due to the strong and hazardous smell that travels through the air.

- There is a RV located in the top back area of this property,
- There are people living permanently in this RV for more than 10 months,
- The people living in this RV has cars going in and out directly to this RV location,
- We assume that the owner of the property rent this RV and they don't have legal city permits to do this.

The place where the RV is located is an empty lot, at the back top area, this lot is owned by people who live in 3238 Brunell.

We are worry about how the RV rental has running water, electricity, and sewer, etc.

Follow up for arrgess people at this location threatening lives and property of tax paying neighbors. It's like a grown person hostile. Grown men threatening neighbors living in pop up tent and throwing parties all night on weekends. No grown men living in driveway when 8 cars and other cars blocking retail and residential parking all day to save spots. No grown men living in driveway blocking their own Parking. Illegal hosital.

Contractor building a house on 1122 Grand View Drive has poured a concrete wall for his main electrical service. The actual location of the concrete retaining wall is located across from #1 West View Place. After the concrete was poured, the street is now an absolute mess from the concrete slurry and oil stains from the cement trucks & pumping equipment. The contractor needs to be held accountable for proper cleanup!

The man living on 471 Douglas Ave is storing a construction machine on the corner lot , and every morning is driving it to his work and come back on the afternoon ,
Is moving the machine with out permission .

Enterprise Car Rental runs their vacuum station for hours at a time from 6am to 6pm, 7 days per week. As the photo shows, the noise from the street averages 75dB, clearly exceeding even the 7am-10pm limits.
